1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of quicklyinvoice.ink (the “Service”), operated by Lukasz Czajkowski, Poland. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does
QuicklyInvoice lets you fill in a form and download a PDF invoice, receipt, or proforma quote. The whole tool runs inside your browser. We do not host an account system, do not store your invoices on our servers, and do not transmit your form data anywhere. The Service is provided free of charge.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- You will only use the Service for lawful purposes and to issue documents you are legally entitled to issue.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including taxes, due dates, and amounts.
- You will not attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service in any way that disrupts other users.
- You will not use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents.
4. Intellectual property of the documents you create
Every PDF you generate with QuicklyInvoice belongs entirely to you. We claim no rights over the content of the invoices, receipts, or proforma quotes you create with the tool. We do not see them, store them, or watermark them.
5. The tool itself is our intellectual property
The QuicklyInvoice name, logo, branding, source code (where not released under an open-source licence), templates, and design are the intellectual property of Lukasz Czajkowski. You may use the Service to generate documents; you may not copy, redistribute, or rebrand the Service itself without permission.
6. No professional advice
QuicklyInvoice produces invoice documents. It does not provide accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice. Whether a document satisfies the legal requirements of your jurisdiction (for example, mandatory invoice fields, VAT rules, or e-invoicing standards) is your responsibility. When in doubt, consult a qualified accountant or lawyer.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or that the generated PDFs will meet every legal or formatting requirement of your jurisdiction.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Lukasz Czajkowski nor anyone associated with the Service shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free and you receive no consideration, our total liability for direct damages is limited to one hundred Polish zloty (PLN 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Polish or European Union consumer protection law.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for hosting (Vercel) and optional analytics (Vercel Analytics, optional Google Analytics). It will, in the future, host third-party advertisements from Google AdSense. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for the data each one receives.
10. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms — when we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the place of residence of Lukasz Czajkowski, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
